Today by chance I happened upon your Zombie Panic server. The entire premise appalls me, and here's why - somewhere along the line, someone who is clearly an underage individual, playing a clearly mature, adult rated videogame decided that the hostility they received towards playing that game was misplaced and that rather than:
a) Not playing until a suitable age,
or
b) Desisting to communicate in a way which provokes other players into condemning their immaturity,
that individual decided to make their own server.
That fact is the following. Morally, if you are not the appropriate age to be playing or viewing equivalent media to this game, you should not be playing - the law agrees with this. That doesn't mean you can't and shouldn't play - it just means that morally you are in the wrong, that you should accept this and that you CERTAINLY should not advocate underage playing.
So what does accepting that you're in the wrong sum up to? It means that the insults you receive for poor performance, prepubescent voices and irritating rhetoric are not truely discriminitive and are by no means bullying, because you do not BELONG in the Zombie Panic Source community. Discrimination implies you belong within the community, and bullying implies you are entitled to hold any power in that community. Neither implication is accurate. You should not be there. However, you can stay there so long as you do not make it clear to any mature players that you shouldn't be there. If nobody can tell, then surely it doesn't matter. The only way you can be an equal is if nobody can infer that you are not an equal (if you are immature).
It's by this rationale that your server disgusts me. Firstly, you are wrong to advertise this level of violence at children. If you are a child you are wrong to be playing it, and I can only sympathise with you for how irresponsible or incapicatated your parent/s and/or carer/s have been. Secondly, you cannot logically justify your server rules, if you are underage. Declaring "no adult speak" is fine if you were an adult, or if you weren't playing an adult's game. Finally - admittedly a sidenote - offering free ammo completely breaks the games mechanics and is immensely irritating.
No doubt you'll either ignore or not understand most of what I've said and choose to continue - however I simple wanted to try to help you understand why you're wrong and why the apparent injustices you abhor should be expected.

The entire purpose of the server is to allow the younger aged audience to have a chance to use the mics, and have an easier playing experience. If you have your head too far up your ass to care about anyone else but yourself, then feel free to fuck off.

As you can see here this guy was put up to it and you guys can probly get its ip and ban it from the server using rcon.
